Thumbs Up for Pressed Café! Chef John Rork and wife ate at the Pressed Café today. The café is new to Nashua, located at 108 Spit Brook Road at Tara Commons. It is a full-service specialty coffee café with an extensive menu of breakfast, salad, panini, and bakery items -- including Paleo and Gluten-free! The Chef choose the Goat Cheese & Fig Salad from the menu - the salad consists of field greens, fresh spinach, apples, figs, strawberries, candied walnuts, goat cheese, with maple mustard vinaigrette - and a Roasted Red Pepper Bisque.
