Thunderstorm update Hi guys, there are still plenty of showers across parts of Wales although not of a thundery nature. Showers continue across parts of West Yorkshire, edging into North Yorkshire. South of the Humber an area of showers have developed, lightning strikes were recorded earlier although this particular area has seemed to lose its intensity, it may pick back up (something to keep an eye on). As for South/South Eastern areas of England, elevated storms will continue throughout the night as further showers develop just about anywhere. We are currently keeping a close eye (Ill stay up as long as it takes to track its movement/direction) on a large organised cell that is just west of Guernsey, it looks to be heading towards the south coast. If it maintains its intensity and track then it may be one hell of a show. Ill keep you updated. Lewis
