Thursday, 29th August 2013 01:22:54:am DELTA STATE POLYTECHNIC,OZORO DELTA STATE, NIGERIA POST-UTME SCREENING EXERCISE FRO ADMISSION TO THE DELTA STATE POLYTECHNIC OZORO FOR 2013/2014 This is to inform all interested candidates that the Post-UTME Screening Exercise for admissions into various ND programmes of the Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro has been scheduled to hold on Friday 13th and Saturday, 14th September, 2013. Eligibility for Participation All candidates who chose the Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro as first and/or second choice and scored 150 and above in the UTME for the 2013/2014 Admission Exercise are eligible to participate in the screening exercise. Those who did not choose the Polytechnic but wish to be considered for admissions and scored the afore-mentioned cut off mark are also eligible to take part in the screening exercise. 2. Instruction for purchase and completion of Post-UTME application Forms online Screening Fee: (i) The Screening Fee for all candidates is N2,000(two thousand naira) only. All interested candidates should pay the aforementioned Screening Fee in favour of DSPZ School Account No. 0014380473 in any branch of Unity Bank nationwide. (ii) Log on to dspzonline.net and click online application, then, click on student for post UME Type in your JAMB registration number and put in your voucher card Pin Code in the fields provided and apply. Your form must be completed ONLINE. If you are successful at the Post-UTME screening, you will be required to submit the following documents to the Admission Officer: Five (5) recent passport photographs. Photocopy of UTME Score slip. Examination result listed in the Application Form. Certificate of Local Government of Origin. Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age. Teller for the purchase of Post-UTME Application Form. Two copies of your on-line Application Form. The closing date for all applications is Friday, 10th September, 2013. Note: Date of Screening Exercise: as stated in the groupings above. Venue: School/Departmental Screening Halls. Note Also: GSM Phones and calculators are not allowed. Candidates who make false declarations of UTME scores and Ordinary Level grades shall not be considered for admission. 4. Materials Required for the Screening Exercise (i) Original and one photocopy of Acknowledgement Card (ii) Original of Payment Receipt Four Figure Table, where applicable Writing materials (HB pencil and eraser) UTME score slip.
