*** Thursday Explorer Update*** Our Explorers have had great fun exploring Port Soderick beach and glen this morning. On the beach they found shells, seaweed, a tennis ball and lots of pebbles! In the glen they saw that one of the bridges across the river had gone, they think the ugly troll broke it! Darren showed them how fast the river was flowing by throwing some sticks in the water and told them that was how fast they would go if they fell in. He reminded them to stay away from the edge! They also had great fun on a rope swing and stamping about in the mud! Darren took them to a shallow piece of water so that they could wash their wellies! They had their lunch in Marine Drive and are hoping to go to another beach to explorer later.
