Thursday, March 20, 2014 SSC Recruitment 2014 | SSC 2892 Posts of SI In CAPFs & Delhi Police Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts an All India Examination for recruitment of Sub-Inspectors posts in Delhi Police(DP) and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) , Assistant Sub-Inspectors in Central Industrial Security Force (CISF). SSC Recruitment 2014 complete vacancy details : Number of vacancies : 2892 posts Name of posts : A. Sub-Inspector in CAPFs : 2197 posts. 1. CRPF : 194 posts 2. BSF : 772 posts 3. ITBP : 138 posts 4. CISF : 1023 Posts 5. SSB : 70 posts B. Assistant Sub-Inspector in CISF : 564 posts. C. Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police : 131 posts. Eligibility Criteria : Age Limit : Candidates age should be between 20 yrs to 25 yrs as on 01-01-2014. Age Relaxation will be extended as per govt norms. Educational Qualification : Candidates must possess Bachelors Degree from any recognized University or equivalent. For the post of Sub Inspector in Delhi police , only male candidates are allow to apply and they should have valid Driving License for LMV (Motor cycle and Car). Application Fee : 1. Candidates are required to pay Rs. 100/-. 2. SC/ST/EXSM/Women Candidates are not required to pay any fees. Selection Process : Selections will be done on the basis of written test which is divided into 2 phases 1. Physical Endurance Test , Medical Examination and 2. Interview/ personality test. How to Apply : 1. Initially , candidates are required to log on to ssconline.nic.in official website. 2. Then Click on Examination link, which contains ‘Part I Registration , then click on part I registration and fill all the required details. 3. After filling Online Application form, click on I Agree button, then registration page will be generated. 4. Take print out of System generated Application form or note down the registration no. 5. Click on Part-II registration and upload scanned photograph and signature as required mentioned place. 6. After submitting all the details , click on submit button. NOTE : Candidates who want to apply offline , they are required to download the application form through official website, fill the application form and along with relevant certificates send it to respective address of SSC.
