Thursday, September 18, 2014 Dont Worry! Luke 12:32 Fear not, little flock; for it is your Fathers good pleasure to give you the kingdom. God does not want us sitting around worry about anything. What does worrying about something do for us anyways, can it add to our lives? (Luke 12:25) No! Worrying actually takes away from your life, it robs you of peace, joy, happiness, security and love. When we worry we take on the burdens that should only be placed at the foot of the cross. The best advice we can give and take, is give it to God and go to bed! Let God take those worries and He will make it all work out for the good, (Romans 8:28). All we need to do is keep our eyes focused on Jesus and know He will guide us and supply us our every need and have faith that each step we make will be secure in the Lord, (Psalm 121:1-3). Jesus made it clear in Luke 12:32, dont be afraid, dont worry! Youve got the kingdom of God to look forward to for all eternity! Thank you Heavenly Father for that promise of eternal life. Give me peace that exceeds my understanding when I start to worry. In Jesus name, Amen
