Thursday work out!! Let me start by saying after a night of frustration it was a good work out this morning... still humbling but a pushed through better than other days. Warm up was chest stretching and some shoulder mobility stuff. 1 set of 10 with 45 lb bar 1 set 5 with 75 lb 1 set 5 with 135 lb 3 set 5 with 155 lb Cardio Wheel borrow brisk walk with 135 lb on it for 60 sec. 30 sec plank 10 pull ups ( assisted) Wheel borrow walk was good I only stopped once on the third round to adjust my grip. Planks were good I had to adjust my form but for the most part never broke the plank for the whole 30 sec. Pull ups kicked my ass... grip was a problem, first set was really 2 sets of 5. Next set was 3 3 4. Last was 3 2 2 2 1. I kept at it. Cardio was really a factor as much as my forearms and grip failure was. But I feel a lot better now see some progress in conditioning! #strengththroughadversity #sicnation
