Thursdays Menu: 3 glasses of water then dont eat or drink anything for 45 minutes Breakfast: A salad with romaine lettuce, carrots, mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumbers, apple, 1/4 of a grilled chicken breast, Italian spices, mixed nuts, Peppercorn Ranch dressing with a glass of water 1/2 hour stepper and walking workout A mug of green tea Lunch: A bowl of Chicken Noodle soup and a bowl of watermelon with a glass of water Dinner: A pork steak, a baked sweet potato and steamed broccoli with a glass of water Snack: a bowl of mixed nuts A mug of green tea A glass of water I didnt do much except for studying, bringing wood up from the basement, cooking and working out!!!! It has been a full day for sure!!!! How are you all doing with your exercise and healthy eating????? I am praying for you all to have victory over your bad eating habits!!!! I surrendered them all to the Lord and He delivered me!!!! He will deliver you from bad eating habits too!!!!! Praise Him!!!!!
