Thursdays tip of the day. If you want to be successful you cant be all over the place so put your heart and soul into one thing! What do I mean by that? Plain and simple stop thinking you can do 10 other businesses! Unless you are planning to make mediocre income! I dont know about you but I hate being mediocre! Many of you may ask whats the big deal? The are plenty of reasons why so here are a few! 1) if you want to be taken seriously then stick to one company. You cannot give 100% when you are distracted. 2) others will wonder how sincere you are! This business is about sharing not selling and people can see right through you when your worried about making a buck. 3) you claim your passionate about It Works right? What would you think of someone that claims their passion is 4 different things.? Its confusing to people to say the least. 4) it sends a bad message and mixed signals to your team. They are thinking that maybe your not making money or if your looking else where maybe they should too! It makes your team insecure and if they all go getting into other businesses then they wont be focused on this one! 5) you risk losing this business because of cross recruiting! It isnt right or ethical no matter what business your in to recruit from other companies. If you have ever read the book Your First Year In Network Marketing you know that the reason most people fail at it is because they dont stick with it. I can tell you that it isnt the business your in that makes you successful its what you do in that business that makes you successful! If you couldnt do the things with this business to build your business why would going to another company change that. The same amount of dedication and work needs to be put in wherever you go! The bottom line is if you want to be at the top of a company or the best at anything you need to commit 100% to it! Now thats just my 2 cents. So if you have done other businesses like this before I want you to do something you have probably never done before with It Works and stick with it! I think you will be surprised at what happens when you go all in with something! Happy Thursday everyone! !
