Thus saith the LORD, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches: Jeremiah 9:23(KJV) In other word we must remember one thing that the earth is the Lord. This is what the Lord is saying the wise must not brag about their wisdom, the strong men must not brag about their strength, the rich must not brag about their money. Meaning, it is vain to put our trust in none else than the almighty, we must trust in the Lord, and rejoice in him. If one want to claim credit, claim it for God. what we say about our self means nothing in God’s work. It’s what God says about us that makes the difference.
