Ticket Sales 2014 Ticket sales were monitored by four separate marketing companies. The ticketing system worked perfectly yesterday. Like most ticketing companies, they used a sort of waiting room process that allowed people through in groups to purchase tickets. This gives everybody an equal chance at buying a ticket. At exactly 4pm the system began letting people into the waiting rooms and then through to the buying process. We had several people post on Facebook that by 4:03pm they had completed their purchase and had already received their tickets via email. Ticket Alternative had plenty of servers and their site stayed up during the entire process. By 4:11pm every ticket for every session was allocated for and in someones shopping cart. That meant that some people waited only to learn there were no tickets available by the time it was their turn to buy. This is typical for an event where demand heavily outweighs supply. Over 24,000 people viewed the Ticket page on VTBREWFESTAs the transactions processed the tickets were sold out to each ticket buyer. That process continued until every seat was sold. We are we cannot accommodate everyone. We are reviewing options for 2015. for 2014:We still encourage you to come to Vermont, as there will be great beer & additional events all over Vermont.
