Tiffinee was admitted at St Jude yesterday due to difficulty breathing. Scans were performed & detected significant growth in the tumors in her lungs, especially the left. In addition, accumulating fluid was discovered around her heart & she was transported to Baptist Memorial. A procedure to drain fluid from around her heart removed around a quart of fluid this morning. Drain tubes are in & continue to drain fluid from her heart & lungs. Considering all she has been through, she is doing fairly well. She is sore from the incisions, but should now be able to get some much needed rest as excess fluid continues to exit her body. Doctors from St Jude are expected at Baptist Hospital sometime this evening to evaluate her condition & determine when she can be transported back to St Jude. Once back at St Jude, further evaluations will dictate the next course of treatment for Tiffinees condition. Thank you for all the thoughts & prayers.
