Tim The Beef Nicholls chief of staff has resigned to take up a position with News Corp, publisher of The Courier Mail. Gerard Eggs Benedets new position involves government relations and is to be based in Queensland. Hmmmm. Benedet has held Nicholls hand firmly through the putrid Strong Choices campaign and is known as one of Mr Nicholls fiercest defenders. Rats? Sinking? Ship?
