Tim and Eric have keep finding new ways to blow my mind. I just spent three minutes watching an advertisement for a product & a brand. A product I did not desire and a brand I was not aware of before now. Still dont desire these pizza rolls, they sound gross, but Im certainly impressed with the bold marketing they company is investing in. Three minutes of undivided attention to an ad. Thats incredible. There are exceptions where youre trapped into paying attention: certain movies loaded with product placement, for example (The Terminal, Green Lantern, Im looking at you). But unlike Green Lantern I dont feel like any of these three minutes was wasted. This is advertising that IS entertaining, not entertainment with ads shoe-horned in.
