Time and time again the bar is set for the Student Life Committee and each and every member rises above and beyond their expectations. Today we spent 8 hours deliberating scholarships. The meeting was long, dry, and we did not finish, BUT everyone kept a positive attitude and remained diligent in their work. Everyone on Student Life puts in 150% effort and I could not be a more proud chair. They put up with me, they put long hours in (both in meetings and outside of them), and are always ready to do more! What other group puts 8 extra hours in on a Sunday? I have the best Vice-chair in the world, Caroline Fox, and the best committee in the world. You guys really do put the Studs in Student Government. I feel blessed to have such amazing people at my side. Special thank yous to Finance and Sohail who came to help today.
