Time for a Heart To Heart with our customers (YOU) I started this business from scratch 7 years ago and there have been many ups and downs (mostly ups) from the beginning. One thing I have always prided myself on is providing a high level of service to our customers. That doesnt mean we are perfect but it means we will go to WAR to make sure you love us. Over the past two weeks we have had more than a couple irritated customers because we dropped the ball in one way or another. I just want to say Sorry. I know for every 1 vocal customer there must be more that are staying silent. Because we are growing so fast we have experienced a few growing pains but I want you all to know one thing. We still LITERALLY care a ton about you and your business! I apologize if we have let you down in any way this season. Here is the reason we are a different kind of company.....We WANT to make it right. We desperately want you to let us know if there is anything we can do to improve because we are striving to be an elite service provider in our region. Thank you to our old customers :) and thank you to all the new customers. Dont forget we are a small family business and we run towards problems and not away from them. Reach out any time.
