Time for my nighty-t-shirt & it is bed-time for V...skipping dinner wasnt wise...since I dont get enough nutrition from most anything I eat...so it was 8 ounces of Almond milk & one scoop of Raw meal replacement powder (in vanilla chai flavor) plus about 8 night-time chelated vitamin supplements (I take about 15 daytime ones as well)...which are including my usual 2 of my 4 a day chelated iron tablets. (sigh) Very ill V, me...but still kicking, thanks to God. Ill be on these blasted antibiotics for about 2.5 more years...min. https://youtube/watch?v=G-Zfozy7gGI
