All orders are PICK UP not delivery You will be responsible for cutting your own meat; meat will NOT be cut 5 day notice required Meats: MEATS ARE WHOLE UNCUT All natural Prime Black Angus Brisket: $14.50 lb -A whole brisket avg cooked weight is 6-9lbs All white meat Turkey Breast: $9.25 lb -A WHOLE Turkey Breast avg. cooked weight is 2.5-3.5lbs. Pork Butt: $9.25lb -WHOLE Pork Butt (Pulled Pork) avg cooked weight is 5-7lbs Chicken: $12 per Sausage: $9.25lb Whole lbs only Spare Ribs: $20 per, whole racks only Beef Ribs: $16.50 per lb, whole racks only -Whole Beef Racks avg cooked weight is 5-6lbs **Please let us know if you are wanting something on the smaller or larger spectrum of “Avg. cooked weight” We estimate a ¼ to ½ lb per person total meat. **Please let us know whether you’ll be reheating the item or not. If you are reheating the meat it will be cold and reheating instructions will be given.
