Time to begin gathering blankets, hand warmers, knit caps, basic hygiene supplies to keep in the rig. I worked for the Homeless Shelter (Emergency Housing Consortium) as a volunteer for 10 years. There are truly poor and desperate people on the streets. To those who cry about the handouts the poor get, remember this: All is takes is a flip in your luck and you could shaking a cup on the corner, brother.
