FABIO Followed this guy round probably more than Bukem, always had the beats and swerve was always a banker. If I had room for another dnb DJ it would be Intalex but need to move genres to show the journey... MARCO V Trying to find myself musically being drawn to house/trance and the tech-trance he was playing perfectly served my transitional period before the next DJ...This was also the time I garnered more interest for the actual music and djing, only ever wanted to dance/mash to dnb RICHIE HAWTIN Sonar Courtyard 2005 closing set confirming that my future needed to be techno orientated. Now fully embracing new technologies and hobby djing.... TOP 5 ALBUMS ALTERN-8 - Full on Mask Hysteria Still for me one of the best electronic albums made and maybe a pre-cursor to my later defection to techno! THE PRODIGY experience Electronic Rave Fun just like above album, probably the only 2 artist style albums I ever bought or listened to often. LTJ BUKEM Promised Land Volume 1 Perfect encapsulation of Bukem & Conrad and good dnb, cained it loads more than logical progression.... AWOL LIVE on MOS 5 bad boy djs playing 3 dub plates each with 2 of my favourite mcs, vibes are unreal on this live mix and its the perfect advert for a dnb rave of that era! RICHIE HAWTIN DE9 Transitions Summed up the sound that made me move to techno and got worn out on the car stereo... I nominate anyone that wants to be nominated, its an interesting insight into anyones musical world/journey.
