Time to get this clear - this is not just a misunderstanding. Violation of a protection does not require physical contact. Mark Plants knows this and he needs to be held accountable by the courts and by responding law enforcement officers. The ongoing behavior exhibited by Mark is classic behavior of a batterer. Failure to hold him accountable could have tragic implications - weve seen it so many times before.
