Time to get your game on with or without your DOG for "Just Another SUP Lesson" at Pleasant Harbor Marina with a DOG SUPer 101 beginner lesson. Go Stand Up Paddle has plenty of boards and gear making this a special date to learn the right stuff from Master ASI International Certified SUP Instructor, Chad Brockman with Red his SUP Dog. This lesson will educate you in balancing with your Dog on flat water, Dog recovery, water safety, SUP boards and paddle knowledge along with a simple explanation of the proper paddle stroke technic giving you a head start to enjoy the "Full Body - Low Impact - Core Workout" this sport has to offer. This will also help in preventing injury and exhaustion. The lesson will start a 2:00 with 30 minutes of SUP explanation followed by an hour and a half of on water instruction and paddling with your dog. After you are done, Pleasant Harbor has a Bar and Grill to tame your Hunger and Thirst. Free paddle time will be after the lesson till 4:00 in the harbor only. Set your Calendar for "Just Another SUP Lesson" and join in with your best friend as we "Walk on Water". Lessons with your dog will be $45.00, without your dog it will be $50.00 and all SUP gear to get your glide on. Please be a half hour early for parking and waiver sign in. We need a minimum count of 4 to sign up to cover the cost or it will be canceled and substituted with another fun paddle without notice, dog or not. If you bring your dog, I will refund you $5.00.
