Time to start practice again!!! We still need a couple of things before we can practice in Neligh so our first couple of practices will be at the Norfolk Archery Club indoor range. Here is what we still need. We need an arrow curtain (approx. $400) and we need to make stands for the target matts (we will use Wayne State College’s stands to get us started). We were able to purchase 5 target matts with the $1500 we received from Pheasants Forever Golden Prairie Chapter. I have also applied for grants from National Wild Turkey Federation and Friends of the NRA, but won’t hear back on this until Jan. We also should be receiving more funds in Jan from Pheasants Forever. My hope would be to have a couple of practices in December in Norfolk and then our Jan and Feb practices be in Neligh.
