Time to start studying for my RRT exam and searching for another job. On call 3 months straight, no response from mgmt when i asked for a weekend off for three weeks straight and Im not given the opportunity for training as an RT. Im tired, my body is beat up, migraines, anxiety attacks. Id say Im done with this shit. Im a BSRT and Im smart enough to figure out I can work less and make 3 times what I make now.
