Time to take care of the living . My mothers service was a very surreal experience for everyone in attendance . Because she was the strongest person I ever knew, she was as my nephew Brando would say gramma is a superhero. I want to thank the family owned Eden funeral services, and our new BFF Norman Jacobs, for guiding my family thru the final arrangements for our mother. He made it very easy to deal with. Mom looked absolutely beautiful in her purple blouse, and black pants , and favorite pearls and jeweled necklace. I have to tell you guys, they made her look so good it looked like she was going to open her eyes and just wake up at any moment. There is always that last drop of hope in you, that you think what is happening, isnt real. I posted before, my mother passed away @9:55 march 9th on a breezy sunny Sunday morning, just before her favorite pastor came on the tv. My mother gave me the gift of life, so I will cherish that gift, and live it to the fullest. Everywhere I walk, every breeze I feel, every ray of sunshine on my face, and every single drop of rain that lands on my head I will feel my mothers presence, and see her in all places, and things. Im sure anyone who has lost someone they love so much feels the same. This will be my final post about my mother, unless down the line she has something else for me to say to you guys. Like I said I can feel your presence everywhere.. Thank you all again for letting me share my thoughts with you. It has been very therapeutic and helpful to me. And I thank you again for all the many prayers and all the kindness you showed us . In the words of my mother, at the end of her mothers funeral funeral its now time to celebrate my mothers life, and take care of the living . And so we shall ... Talk to you guys soon .
