Time to vent...my job is stressful. Very. It is also important. EXTREMELY. I have deadlines daily. I am in bookkeeping. I am not IT, nor do I want to be. I am not your personal assistant, and no I dont that either. I report to management. I am as equal as everybody else in the store. My absolute number 1 priority is $ nothing else matters til I get that done. So until then you can wait for me to fix whatever is broke, you can come & get your own supplies. I try to be efficient as much as I possibly can. So please excuse me if I come across rude over the phone but I get calls all day while trying to balance (around 20 daily) tills, make deposits, correct timesheets , orders and whatever else management throws at me. Just because I am not on the floor and in a small little room does NOT mean I am not busy or that Im making personal calls or whatever all day. I am not looking for sympathy whatsoever. I just need people to understand my job a little bit better. By the time I get home, the boys are getting off the bus & Ive got homework to do with them, dinner, baths etc. I could go on on. Again really I am just giving a little view into my world. Nothing else
