Timothy Ray Stoudmire, 52, Orrville ORRVILLE -- Timothy Ray Stoudmire, 52, of Orrville, went home to be with the Lord and Savior Thursday, July 31, 2014, surrounded by his loving wife, daughter and siblings. Tim was born Feb. 4, 1962, in Orrville, the son of the late Rev. Hazell and Lurene (Richards) Stoudmire. He was united in marriage to C. Tiwana (Seeden) Stoudmire May 6, 1989, in Orrville. He graduated from Orrville High School in 1981 where he was an outstanding athlete in football, basketball and track. He was employed 33 years as an assembler for The Will-Burt Company in Orrville, and worked for his father-in-law at Seedens Waste Removal, later taking over the business. Tim loved the Lord and was the chairman of the Deacon Board at St. Mark Baptist Church in Canton. Leading praise and worship was his favorite love. He also enjoyed singing with the choir. He had an attitude of kindness, and doing for others before himself. Surviving are his loving wife, C. Tiwana Stoudmire of Orrville; daughter, Jacquelyn Ray of Orrville; three sisters, Mazelle (Herman) Pressley of Philadelphia, Gloria (Chester) Seeden of Orrville and Gail (Elliott) Nelson of Orrville; three brothers, Hazell (Carolyn) Stoudmire Jr. of Cleveland, Larry (Ada) Stoudmire of Prattville, Ala. and Nathaniel (Rosaline) Stoudmire of Massillon; and a host of nieces, nephews, Godchildren, family and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Ruby Mae, Bertha Mae, Mary Celene and Renata Stoudmire; and his brother and truly best friend, Rick Stoudmire. Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 9, 2014, at Orrville Christian Church, 925 North Elm Street, Orrville, with Rev. Dr. Philip Pascal delivering the eulogy. Burial will take place at Crown Hill Cemetery in Orrville. Friends may call on Saturday at Orrville Christian Church, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., prior to the service.
