Tina Anderson, Donna Rogers and Pat Crosier manned a table at the Soap Box Derby in downtown Sand Springs on Saturday. We had a very good time talking to the public and letting them know what we do. We received a few $$ and most importantly received the name of a new military person who is serving his country on foreign soil. He has been added to our list of names for our monthly Freedom Boxes. Another great thing that happened was a personal thank you from two former military personnel who had received boxes from us. Those personal thank yous always brings tears to our eyes. Julie Stoddard was busy working at the American Legion Pancake Breakfast.
