Tingting Cojuangco—2013 elections systematically rigged POSTED ON OCTOBER 4, 2013 BY PHILAGENDAPresidential “Tita” and former senatoriable Tingting Cojuangco today accused several officials of the administration party and of the Commission on Elections of implementing a systematic rigging of the 2013 mid-term elections to favor administration candidates. Cojuangco even accused the administration of using more than 30 million pesos to fund the reported election cheating.Cojuangco said that they have documents to prove that the mid-term election was rigged. One of the pieces of evidence that Cojuangco told broadcaster Noli de Castro that supports their findings that the elections were systematically rigged was the admission of the Commission on Elections that they printed excess ballots.
