Tip #1; Try to set a longterm goal, combined with short term ones. They dont have to consist out of weight goals (like mine), but can also be Quit Smoking, Stop drinking more than one glass of booze a day, Pay off my debt. And~ more important, celebrate every single goal you finish! Do this by giving a party, go out and do something you love (aslong as its healthy-ish). Please dont celebrate it with frensh fries or a Mc Donalds visit (Keep this for ur longterm goal ;P)
