So when someone says wana do .,.,,;: at 6 on wed , you can say no sorry I train at 6 wed . Make it 7. This way you are committed to your goal. Consistency is key to progress. Next get professional advice on what type of training you need to do to reach your goals. This way you dont waist weeks months of effort for minimum results. There are plenty of personal trainers in Invers or even on line now. Tip . Weights will not make you bulky its a fallacy. You need a mix of resistance training & cardio for a balanced training program .
