By comfortable, I mean you can freely and accurately (after getting use to the new sensitivity) move your cursor around your entire osu! window. After you have decided on a setting, NEVER EVER change it again. Never, because you would have to memorize your cursor movements all over again. It takes time to perfect your cursor movement, so trust me and your muscle memory on this one, even if your current setting and sensitivity starts feelings uncomfortable!
