Tip-O-The-Day by the CONQUERINGDIVORCE.COM book series. There is nothing in the rules that says you can’t change your mind during a divorce. If you decide you don’t want it, you can ask for a “cooling off” period. If you want to try to negotiate custody or time sharing (property division, support, possession of personal articles or real estate, whatever), you can ask for a new mediation or just send a letter with a proposal. Anything that the judge feels may cut down on the argument is fair game. Of course, getting the ex to agree to it is another story.* #matrimonial
