Tip for guys wanting to improve the front of their physique (shouders and chest) If you train your chest more often than your back, you are most likely going to have a forward slouch (where your shoulders are pulled forward and your chest caves in). This is due to your front muscle fibres being worked more than your rear muscle fibres (lats/rhomboids/traps etc) so they have a greater pull on your skeletal system. By training your back as often, or more often than your chest, the fibres in your back will have an equal pull on the bones in and around your shoulder joints. This means that when you stand in a neutral position, your shoulders will be held back creating the illusion of a stronger chest and broader shoulders!
