Tip of the day! Egg Yolks are packed with the essential fat we need, good cholesterol & a punch of nutrients. Never throw away the yolks, egg whites lack what you need. Dont buy Turkey Bacon, eat real Bacon. In all seriousness, turkey bacon is usually more processed & has more harmful ingredients added. What about Applegate? Yea, they at fine but for that get the pork. The sat fat content from animals is healthy & it just tastes better. Dont be scared of fat. If you choose to do dairy, which I am opposed to unless its raw & gassed, make sure its full fat. Do not purchase skim, low,2% , or non fat. Make sure youre eating full fat yogurt, cheese, milk, etc... Again, Fat is healthy & essential for our health. Eat butter, coconut oil, animal fat, avocado, olive oil, all good sources of healthy fats. Ill do these more often if yall want .
