Tip of the day is how to perform Dumbbell lateral raise, arms shouldnt be too straight, when u go up try to have the elbow higher or at least equal to the shoulders at the same line to keep ur side delts under pressure n to ensure ur targeting the shoulder muscle, not to perform it with the arms or putting too load on the traps, focus n dont use too much heavy weights as this exercise relies more on a better technique to develop the shoulder muscle, reps shall be high somewhere between 12-15, to me I never go below that
