Tip of the week! For those who generally eat a healthy diet; remember that part of being balanced is not feeling guilty when you do eat something that is not particularly healthy. Next time you feel guilty about something you ate remember that its all about moderation and there are people out there who dont get to eat at all some days. Food is for nourishment and enjoyment. Feeling guilt is one of the worst things for your health.
