Tips for a healthier habits post card came in the mail today, I thought they were worth sharing. 1. Give yourself permission to be human. People who lose weight and keep it off know how to pick themselves back up after they slip. 2. If you reach for high calorie foods because theyre convenient, stock up on healthy alternatives. 3. If you are a social eater, plan nonfood events with your friends. Take walks go sightseeing, go to a movie or take a hike. 4. List the eating and exercise habits youd like to change, and select one to work on. Dont try to change a second habit until the first one has become a good habit. Finally, keep your own personal best list of healthy resolutions and keep it somewhere you can see it often. It will serve as a motivator to help you make healthful changes each day.
