Tips to make the most of the transformation challenge: 1) Watch the videos we filmed on Youtube 2) Re-read our posts about the basic foods, breakfast, posture, and workouts. Incorporate one thing from our page per week to keep you motivated. 3) Do high intensity, short weight workouts (under an hour) and non-traditional cardio 4) Set big goals and focus! 5) Get involved on this facebook page. Post your pics to motivate each other. Help each other succeed so you push yourself harder too. Ask questions and share our posts so we can grow together. 6) Make small changes each week that build on each other - 5 minutes extra work, less rest time between sets, add 2.5 lbs on exercises, etc. 7) Check out recipes on pinterest accounts: Equilibrium Fit & Kathryn Preisendorf 8) Take pictures weekly, same time in morning before eating. 9) Workout with a friend. Have them join the transformation as well - you push harder with social support! 10) Take it ONE day at a time. Put all your energy in that one rep, one enjoyable meal, and give it your all in each moment.
