Tis been a funny sort of day - 2:15 out on the bike this morning, going well until my front mech broke at the furthest away point. Initial thought was to do an ET and phone home then what would the hard boys do. Disentangled it from chain rings, Dismantled it, tied the cable round the frame, put it in the big chain ring and mashed it home. Then went out 4 mile run and for the first time in three years completed a wee run without stopping..........Its no much in comparison with bygone days but getting back ever so slowly. :)
