Salary: £15,000 basic OTE £20,000 uncapped Location: Trowbridge, Wiltshire Reporting to: Sales Director The ideal candidate will be working with a fully integrated, Web Design, Digital Marketing, Social Media and Cloud IT Solutions. Who has a proven track record of working in a business to business environment with experience of communicating at a senior management level MAIN ROLE: To cleanse, qualify & generate new business appointments for the Sales Team. Ongoing development of prospect relationships and & sales pipeline. Reporting to the Sales Director on a weekly basis on Target, KPI’s and Training The Role: Making calls & appointment setting with Large organisations and SME’s and setup appointments for BDM’s Work on specific campaigns, developing prospective relationships Create & maintain a diary of call backs to progress new business leads Co-ordinate & prospect meetings with Sales team diary, including sending e-mail confirmation to the prospect. respond to all incoming call immediately and effectively. Follow up leads to ensure maximum new business generation. Conduct basic research into business and sectors to improve sales conversation. Experience/Knowledge: Experience of appointment setting or selling services to businesses. Must have the ability to prioritise workload, multitask and happy to work under pressure to meet KPIs. Exceptional telesales, customer service skills with a confident and clear communication style. Reliable, punctual & possessing well developed planning & organisational skills. Team player and a self starter who can work to deadlines & against targets.
