Identifies customer needs and works to meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills. ◾Documents, researches, and resolves insured’s issues. Follows-up as needed. May approve exceptions based on level of authority (e.g., charge off a late fee, etc.). ◾Calculate billing amounts for customers. Analyzes policy transactions and corrects company records to adjust errors or document policy changes. List of the qualifications required for this position: ◾Equivalent customer service experience ◾Demonstrates professional phone etiquette ◾Basic PC skills - Excel Word Outlook ◾Demonstrates excellent written and oral communications skills ◾Demonstrates basic math skills ◾Demonstrates effective decision making and problem solving skills ◾Demonstrates strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and timeliness in order to meet customer service expectations ◾Demonstrates the ability to work in a fast paced environment meeting aggressive business deadlines ◾Demonstrates the ability to work with others in a team environment ◾Demonstrates ability to resolve conflicts and handle confrontations with professionalism List of qualifications desired for this position: ◾Associates or Bachelor Degree ◾Prior call center experience ◾Prior insurance industry experience ◾Bilingual skills are desirable https://appone/maininforeq.asp?Ad=257975&R_ID=917347&Refer=indeed/jobs&B_ID=44
