Title: Project Manager – Fit out Urgent Requirement Location: Dubai Salary 15,000 - 20,000 AED could go higher for the right experience. Medical/Health insurance provided by company + annual air tickets Our client an Interior Fit-out company is seeking to hire a Project manager for their office in Dubai. Reporting to the Managing Director, you would be responsible for interpreting project scope from the design documents, reporting and liaising with clients on a regular basis, controlling costs and margins and overseeing all contractual issues. You will have to plan and organize the execution teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other resources required for the project and coordinate between the design and execution teams to ensure that work is being carried out as per the design documents, specifications, etc. You will have to exercise strong control over site activities and resources to ensure timely completion of projects within the budgeted costs with good quality workmanship, develop a procurement and time schedule for each project and obtain project related regulatory permits as required. To qualify, you should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, with 5 years of experience in managing interior fit-out projects with a complete understanding of all aspects involved. Candidates must be knowledgeable in computer applications, such as Autocad, project planning tools, project management tools and MS Office applications. Candidates must have knowledge of all code compliance related to Interior Design with good interpersonal and relationship management skills to be considered for the role.
