Title: community Mind Who is a community leader? Do you have what it takes to become a leader? Community leaders take responsibility for the well-being and improvement of their communities. Are you a community leader? Are you interested in becoming one? Are you someone who: •Has something to contribute? •Does not wait around for someone else to get the job done? •Wants to improve your community? If you have answered "yes" you are most likely a community leader already, or on your way to become one. You do not have to run an office or be given a title to be a leader. All you need to do is to take some responsibilities. Your views, recognition and your concern will lead you to express your interest you need to speak out and find someone whom you can express your views and get involved in its natural process. If you see things are not right, do not walk away. Community leaders are often self-appointed. Those who are appointed in a management role in an organisation first make a decision that they want to be a leader. You can take aboard as much responsibilities to help out your community. Many community leaders learn by trial and error. That method of learning is acceptable. Most people learn from experience. At the end of the day, there is nothing to lose. So why not get involved?
