To ALL of you Compensation Plan experts (nearly all of whom are ironically broke) and those leading primarily with some overhyped, state-of-the-art Comp Plan (also mostly broke), its important to know that having a great Compensation Plan is secondary to having a value-driven, mass appealing product, strong culture and training, authentic corporate and field leadership, high retention, and massive duplication.
