Information, Communication and Education (IEC) Staff 2010-2012 o Digital Photography: Photo Documentation processed of organization activities such as campaigns, forums, trainings, meetings and historical events like Moro-IP Re-affirmation Kinship in support to the breakthrough of the Peace Talks. o Anchor’s and script writing: Handling Radio Station (Radio for Peace), include anchoring and script writing of the segment, not limited to marketing, monitoring and evaluation of the radio program. o Visual Graphic Artist: Lay-out advocacy and campaign materials such as posters, flyers, pamphlets, Newsletter and billboards. o Media: Handling interviews both audio recorded and video documentations. Also, Videographer and Editor o Website: Assist in developing a Website using Joomla software, filezilla and Adobe. o Information drive: Disseminate information through billboards installations in the conflict affected areas. Send electronic updates and development of the campaigns to the partners and International Community. o Conflict Sensitive Journalism: Participate in Media Journalism and peace reportage. o Monitoring Information: Monitoring the Social Network of the organization and online campaign. (i.e. website, Facebook Page, online campaign, YouTube, and twitter) Program Staff 2009-2012 o Community Development and Organizing: Assist in project implementations such Water, Sanitation, Hygiene Promotion (WASH), and Internally Displaced Peoples Livelihood. Hold training on the International Humanitarian Law (IHL) in the conflict affected areas with Internally Displaced People (IDP’s). o Youth Organizer: Undertaking Youth Organizing, handling capacity building, coordination and Information drive the peace process. o Facilitator: Facilitated Forum on International Humanitarian Law (IHL), Youth Advocacy, Conflict Mapping with the CEASEFIRE WATCH; Trainings: Youth Leaders Peace Assembly, Radio Broadcasting, Peace and Advocacy; Consultations: Protecting Human Rights Defenders and Peace Process Campaign on the Political Settlements; and Assistant Facilitator Focus Group Discussions on Gender (Women), o Campaign: Provide support on the Human Rights Defenders campaigns and advocacy both conference and online signature campaign; o Peace Process/Peace Talks: facilitated and organized signature campaign online and face-to-face with demonstration. o Administrative: Provide administrative and program assistant on technical and logistical support to the organization. o Field works: Undertaking Community visit and coordination with the grassroots, Area manager and Bantay Ceasefire Volunteers. Assist on project evaluation and monitoring.
