To All:Recent happenings on the layout. I am developing an operating scheme on the layout using TT (Timetable) and TO (Train Orders). I plan on using Form 19 Orders from Micro Mark. There will be eleven train order stations on the layout (this number is tentative, as I may find that less are needed). These stations will employ manual Train Order Boards that I am going to scratch build. I have made one prototype T.O.B. using sheet brass a dowel and a wire control rod. It is to scale. Photo later. As the layout uses the NCE system, train orders are necessary to avoid corn field meets and conflicting movements. I am going to keep the system very simple, but interesting also. It should be fun!
