To All my 24 HF members. I am so sorry I have not been able to teach my classes this week and I know some of them cancelled. I always worry and feel horrible that I can not be there for you. I ended up in the ER on tuesday night, thank goodness for my neighbors, I reached out cause I was alone and they called 911 and had me transported to Hoag... I was in bad shape but now after four days at home resting I am finally out of my bedroom and in my living room. Ended up with severe strep throat and abdominal pain. (go figure, thinking It should be worst if I had to see those hot paramedics.::)) Hopefully I can start teaching again on Monday. However I planned a 10 vacation for my girls to hawaii so I am subbing my classes starting on Thursday until the following week but I will be back the first week of September. I hope everyone is still enjoying all the awesome classes we have at 24 Hour fitness and I will see everyone soon.. Eat Healthy and most of all Be Healthy and Love yourself!!! You deserve it!
