To Changeadogslife Cedy, sweet girl, found tied to a pole this little girl has been seriously neglected. She is emaciated with every rib showing and her hip bones jutting out. We are feeding her an extra meal daily to help her gain much needed weight. She welcomes me at her kennel door, tail wagging, and out we go. She is very shy and quiet walking nicely by my side. She allows all handling, and I even picked her up and carried her back as it was hot and she was tired. She rested her head on my shoulder, giving in to love and security. As we walked several people commented on her pretty face and sweet demeanor and she was friendly to all. Cedy is a baby and with proper nutrition and a loving home will grow up into a gorgeous and loving companion. She now has a roof over her head, regular meals and care by staff and volunteers.
