To DoD, When the Court granted an order, the Court Clerk must sworn and certify them. These orders are with Contempt to the Court for arrest, conviction and transfer custody to Correction (jail) Department of Clerk(s) failing to comply. Then, procedures are passed to the Court with its judges who finish the paperwork necessary. If, the Court Clerks continue with one more wrongdoing, arrest them for Contempt and proceed to the judges to finish all procedures left in Docket number 92-1052, Ruben Mendez, Plaintiff vs. Department of Veterans Affairs, et, al., Defendant(s.) I belief that after 22 (twenty two) years, the clerks are in Contempt for my case was filed in 1992. Consequently, the Judges might finish it themselves, for good and hand all paperwork to DoD and Sheriff Department, if, necessary, to be delivered to me and all others process after.
